Nick Reding

Mr. Reding is a Director of Data Science and AI at Arsenal, where he focuses on the development of healthcare technology investment strategies and addresses the deployment and development of technology, digital products, data, analytics, and AI for the firm’s healthcare portfolio companies. Prior to joining Arsenal, he was the Chief Product Officer of Curation Health, a company focused on providing AI-powered clinical decision support technology. Mr. Reding is also the founder and CEO of Allium Health, a data science-as-a-service company that accelerates the design, deployment, and optimization of performance-enhancing AI applications in healthcare provider organizations. Previously, he co-led the flagship strategy research program for The Advisory Board Company, where he also launched numerous new healthcare products and services with a special focus on provider integration, referral chain strategy, and value-based care infrastructure.
