Michael Lotman

Mr. Lotman is a Director, Operations for the industrial growth team. At Arsenal, he supports our industrial growth portfolio companies in building and implementing best practices in the areas of operations, environmental, and safety. In the past, Mr. Lotman served in operations leadership roles for two of Arsenal’s portfolio companies, IGM Resins and Fenzi. Prior to working with Arsenal, he worked in operations at Bostik, Inc., a global specialty adhesives manufacturer, where he was most recently, the Executive Director of Operations. Mr. Lotman spent 12 years at Cook Composites & Polymers, where he most recently served as the Director of Coatings Manufacturing.
