Jen Boulton

Ms. Boulton is a Director of Human Capital for the healthcare team at Arsenal where she focuses on partnering with our portfolio company leaders to oversee talent development, talent strategy, and human capital best practices. Prior to joining Arsenal in 2024, she served as Chief Human Resource Officer for LucidHealth, a private equity backed healthcare managed services organization. Previously, Ms. Boulton was the Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Management at Delek US, a Fortune 200 company, and before that, a Senior Partner in Leadership and Organization Development at Healthways. She started her career as a Workforce Strategy Manager at Accenture.
