Frank Porfido

Mr. Porfido is a Director, Operations of Arsenal for the healthcare team where he focuses on operational capability and performance improvement initiatives across a subset of existing and prospective healthcare portfolio companies. Prior to joining Arsenal in 2024, he was a Managing Director, Health, Science and Wellness Sector Leader in Strategy and Transactions Value Creation Advisory Services at Ernst & Young. Previously, Mr. Porfido was President and CEO of IINNOVA, Inc. and has held various executive leadership positions in the healthcare sector.
