Arsenal Capital Partners Completes Sale Of Source Refrigeration & HVAC, Inc. To Audax Private Equity

NEW YORK - Arsenal Capital Partners announced that it has completed the sale of portfolio company Source Refrigeration & HVAC, Inc. (“Source”), a leading independent provider of commercial refrigeration and HVAC services in North America to Audax Private Equity. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Source, headquartered in Anaheim, CA, serves the nation’s top food retailers, convenience store chains, telecommunication providers, and industrial companies.
