Arsenal Capital Partners Announces the Promotion of Three to Investment Partner

NEW YORK - Arsenal Capital Partners (“Arsenal”), a leading private equity firm that invests in middle-market specialty industrials and healthcare companies, announced today the promotion of Gene Gorbach, Roy Seroussi, and Brian Orkin to Investment Partner.

Mr. Gorbach joined Arsenal in 2008 as a Senior Associate and currently serves on the boards of three healthcare companies: BioIVT, TractManager, and WCG. Mr. Seroussi joined Arsenal in 2008 as an Associate on the specialty industrials team and currently serves on the boards of Cyalume Technologies, Inhance Technologies, Elite Comfort Solutions, and Polymer Solutions Group. Brian Orkin joined Arsenal in 2010 and plays various business development and strategy roles on the specialty industrials team.
