Mr. Gagliardo is an Operating Partner of Arsenal for the industrial growth team. Prior to joining Arsenal in 2011, he was the Vice President of strategic development at Vertellus Specialties. Previously, Mr. Gagliardo was Vice President and General Manager North America of Rutherford Chemicals.
